Dream, a handle inspired by the softness of a cushion
A handle with a gentle, welcome character. Dream is the new Forme collection by Luca Cancelli, presented at SICAM 2026 in Pordenone. The project stems from a simple idea: to translate the softness and comfort of a cushion into a furniture element.
The design is defined by soft curves and full, almost inflated volumes that taper at the ends, in a fluid, edge-free profile that guides the hand without interruption. The lever thus becomes the meeting point between form and use, for a natural interaction and a sense of wellbeing from the very first touch.
An essential but recrentable language, in which the gentleness of the form is combined with the precision of detail that distinguishes Forme’s production. Dream blends discretyly into contemporary interiors, turning the everyday gesture of opening and closing into a small experience of comfort.
